Aligned to the SDI Framework, this professional development initiative supports secondary school teams in diagnosing, designing, and delivering effective, specially designed instruction through the use of evidence-based practices and predictors to improve the postsecondary outcomes for learners with disabilities.
Participants will develop a basic understanding of the key components of system frameworks that guide Career Connected Learning for students while also understanding how those frameworks support improved student outcomes in their chosen post-secondary setting.
Completion of PL - Secondary Transition SDI Course 1/Year 1, Parts 1 and 2 is required to participate
